Beauty Refined is a passion project of twins Lindsay and Lexie Kite who both have PhDs from the University of Utah and specialize in body image. Their nonprofit helps girls and women improve their body image and self-worth through online activism, online courses, and in-person speaking events.
In this episode, we discuss how they got started in this work, how their relationship as twins affected their career paths and what they wished women and girls knew about bodies, body image and self-worth.
