In-Person Group Nutrition Therapy in SLC, UT
Join Paige Smathers, registered dietitian, in a 12-week group all about mindfulness & intuitive eating. This group combines the wisdom of the teachings of mindfulness with the evidence-based intuitive eating approach to food providing tools and strategies to help you create a healthy, positive, sustainable and realistic approach to food and nutrition.

ABOUT THE GROUP
This group is for women who are serious about taking healing their relationship with food and their body to the next level. In between sessions, group members will be asked to read one chapter of the Intuitive Eating book. The group meets for 12 weeks on Tuesdays. The in-person portion will be facilitated by Paige Smathers, RDN, CD where we will delve into mindfulness principles that relate to the Intuitive Eating content for the week and will dive deeper into personal feelings and experiences prompted by the reading content and challenges.
The cost is $540 for the 12 weeks (or $180 billed 3 consecutive months).
WHAT YOU GET
This unique group combines mindfulness with the Intuitive Eating framework facilitated by registered dietitian Paige Smathers. Group members will complete assigned sections of the book each week and then will meet weekly as a group to process, discuss and explore what you learned.

This group meets weekly for 12 weeks in Salt Lake City, UT on
Tuesdays from 9:30 - 11:00 am or 5-6:30 pm from Feb 4 - Apr 21, 2020.
Final selections for group members will be made 1-2 weeks before the start of the group.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
If you'd like to apply to participate in this group, please fill out the interest form below. Final decisions about group members will be made 1-2 weeks prior to the first group session. We will be selecting 8 or 9 group members.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT EVERY WEEK?
The group will run for 12 weeks on Tuesdays. If you are unable to make it every week of the group, but you are still interested in coming, we'd still love to have you! Fees for the group will be the same for everyone, regardless of availability. Course enrollment is non-refundable.
WHAT ARE THE DATES & TIMES FOR THE GROUP?
This group meets weekly for 12 consecutive weeks in Salt Lake City, UT. For your convenience, we offer a morning and evening group. You can choose from Tuesdays 9:30 - 11:00 am or Tuesdays at 5-6:30 pm from February 4 - April 21, 2020. The group will meet at the Positive Nutrition office on 2936 S Highland Drive, Suite 100 in Salt Lake City.
