If you've tried it all when it comes to dieting and you're ready to find sustainable, realistic solutions that work, you've come to the right place. Individual nutrition therapy, distance coaching and online courses bring peace with food and a sense of empowerment and confidence in cultivating your ability to make decisions about food. This process is all about connecting with your body rather than fighting against it.

Positive Nutrition offers online courses for folks who want to learn how to take healing their relationship with food to the next level. If you like what you hear on the podcast or read on the blog, but you feel like there’s something missing, or you just can’t quite wrap your head around some of the concepts within the Intuitive Eating or Positive Nutrition approach to health, enroll in a course to help you get there. Courses are completely online and self-paced.

Individual nutrition therapy at Positive Nutrition is the process of reviewing your medical and health history, exploring your relationship with food and discussing what is presently going on with you and your eating. Then, we will explore where you are trying to go with your nutrition goals, body image, relationship with food and what you're overall looking for in quality of life and wellbeing. During these nutrition therapy sessions, we work together to help you enjoy the parts of life that matter most.

Self-Pay Rates:

"[The team at Positive Nutrition] has gone FAR above and beyond in our work together. My dietitian took me shopping, scopes out safe foods [for my food allergy] for me in her personal time, and she is available any time I need her for questions or check-ins between sessions. She really cares about her clients. She is invested in helping her clients feel better, build confidence and be healthy."
