You can make an appointment with one of the dietitians on the team via the Request an Appointment button below. A credit card is required to book the appointment so be sure to have that ready.

If you want to get in to see us sooner than there is availability, please send a message and you will be added to the wait list. You will be called or emailed if an earlier appointment becomes available.
We are currently contracted with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield. If insurance declines to cover your visit(s) for any reason, you are responsible for the full amount billed. We will do our best to help you confirm benefits.
CREDIT, CASH, CHECK ACCEPTED
Payment is due at the time of service for all self-pay clients. For your convenience, we accept many different forms of payment including major credit cards, HSA, FSA, check or cash.
Even if we don't contract with your insurance, your visits may still be covered by your insurance carrier. If you'd like to submit your visit with us to your insurance for possible reimbursement, be sure to ask for a superbill at your appointment.
Please note: we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. In the case of a no-show or late cancellation for an appointment, you will be billed for the entire hour. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment spot; please do not make an appointment unless you plan on attending.

We offer during business hours appointments as well as time slots on the weekends, early morning and evening. We also have HIPAA compliant video conferencing capabilities for virtual appointments.
