CREDIT, CASH, CHECK ACCEPTED
Payment is due at the time of service for all self-pay clients. For your convenience, we accept many forms of payment including major credit cards, HSA, FSA, check or cash. All clients are required to have a credit card on file to reserve appointments.
Please note: we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. In the case of a no-show or late cancellation for an appointment, you will be billed for the entire hour. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment spot; please do not make an appointment unless you plan on attending.
We're so excited to work with you!
We offer during business hours appointments as well as time slots on the weekends, early morning and evening. Due to the coronavirus pandemic and social distancing, we are exclusively seeing our clients via HIPAA compliant video conferencing for virtual appointments. Aryane is accepting new clients and typically has availability within 1-2 weeks. Katie and Paige both have full caseloads at this time and are not accepting new clients at this time.
Even if we don't contract with your insurance, your visits may still be covered by your insurance carrier. If you'd like to submit your visit with us to your insurance for possible reimbursement, be sure to ask for a superbill at your appointment.
