Payment is due at the time of service for all self-pay clients. For your convenience, we accept many forms of payment including major credit cards, HSA, FSA, check or cash. All clients are required to have a credit card on file to reserve appointments.
We offer during business hours appointments as well as time slots on the weekends, early morning and evening. Due to the coronavirus pandemic and social distancing, we are exclusively seeing our clients via HIPAA-compliant video conferencing for virtual appointments. Aryane and Katie are accepting new clients and typically have availability within 1-2 weeks. Paige has a full caseload and is not accepting new clients at this time. Lauren will be available to take on new clients beginning in mid-October.
Even if we don't contract with your insurance, your visits may still be covered by your insurance carrier. If you'd like to submit your visit with us to your insurance for possible reimbursement, be sure to ask for a superbill at your appointment.
