Meet Lauren
Positive Nutrition is thrilled to announce our newest member of the team! Meet Lauren Jones, MS, RDN, CSSD, CD, RYT!
Lauren (most people call her Lo) is a sports dietitian with a passion for helping athletes excel both in sport and in life. Not only is she a very skilled dietitian, she's also super fun to be around and has a knack for making people laugh. All of us on the Positive Nutrition team are so excited to welcome her to the pracitce.
As a former D1 athlete herself, Lo enjoys working with athletes currently participating in competitive sports, and those that are transitioning away from formal athletics and into regular life. She knows first hand how important a healthy, positive relationship with food is to thriving in life and in sports and she's very excited to bring this to the practice and to those she serves and works with. She is currently taking clients who suffer from eating disorders, disordered eating, want to learn how to properly fuel for their sport, and athletes transitioning out of sports.
The other thing we absolutely adore about Lo is her passion and excitement for yoga. As a registered yoga teacher, Lo brings a unique perspective to medical nutrition therapy, combining science & art, body & mind. She is such a fabulous addition to our team!

It’s surprisingly easy to get oriented right away—nothing feels buried, and the navigation doesn’t make you click in circles. What stood out to me is how the info is presented: the content blocks are spaced nicely and the text is laid out in a way that’s quick to skim without your eyes bouncing all over the place. I’m not even trying to deep-dive into anything, but it still feels comfortable to browse for a few minutes. The menu sits where you expect it and the block-style layout keeps the page looking tidy and uncluttered.

Không có nhiều thứ để bấm hay đọc sâu, chủ yếu là vài dòng thông báo ngắn gọn nên mình cũng không mất thời gian tìm kiếm gì nhiều. Giao diện hiện tại đơn giản, chữ rõ, cảm giác như họ để tạm một trang chờ cho gọn gàng chứ chưa chạy nội dung chính.
