Becoming body positive is a profound journey of self acceptance that requires moving away from harmful diet culture stereotypes. It is much healthier to focus on functional strength and how your body allows you to experience life rather than just a number on a scale. I remember people discussing Beachbody reviews in the past and realize now that true fitness is about how a program makes you feel mentally. True wellness is not about restriction but about finding a way to move that brings you joy. Embracing your natural shape is a huge victory.
