I'm Paige Smathers, a registered dietitian nutritionist passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food and their bodies. It’s my personal goal to help more people learn to rebuild trust, confidence and positivity into their relationship with food and END the dieting game for good.
My experience is that over time people build a negative, manipulative, failing relationship with food, health, diet and weight. My philosophy is first to help you fix your relationship, thoughts, experience of food so that you eat in an effective and healthy way that's right for your body. And as a result, you will find improvement in your health and overall well-being.

I want to lose weight. Is this course right for me?
If you're looking for a weight-loss-at-all-cost approach to eating, this course isn't the right fit for you. Some course members may experience a shift on the scale as a result of adopting a more balanced approach to food and eating, but weight loss is not the focus of this course.
When can I start the course?
This course is open for pre-enrollment now and will be officially released on January 1, 2019. After the New Year, you can start the course as soon as you get access to the members-only area of the course site.

The majority of my on-on-one clients are extremely knowledgable about nutrition. Often what's missing isn't the knowledge, but the know-how for successful application of these principles. This course dives deep into practical application and troubleshooting.
Can I still take this course if I have a vacation planned during the next month?
Yes! This course is self-paced and you are free to take any breaks with the material that you need to take. You're encouraged to try stay consistently engaged in the material in order to stay focused and get the most out of the course.
