Join registered dietitian, Paige Smathers for a jam-packed hour about how to cultivate positive body image and why putting in the work with body image is health-promoting. You'll walk away with knowledge of weight stigma and understand the nuances of various ways to relate to your body: respect, care, neutrality and skills in mindfulness. If you can't make it to the live event, you can still register and you will receive access to the recorded version once it's available!
If you are someone who is actively struggling with disordered eating, this workshop might not be the best place for you to start. We would suggest working with someone one-on-one to focus on all aspects of your relationship with food.
